Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Front Desk Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Be an Ambassador to the Hotel creating memorable experiences for our guests
- Provide warm, sincere and engaging service that ensures guests feel welcome
- Treat each and every guest as a unique individual.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance.
- Provide courteous and professional services at all times
- Interact with in house guests, guests passing by or sitting in the Bar.
- Queue management , assist guests in the queue, direct them to the receptionists or bellboys.
- Maintain positive working relations with colleagues and all hotel departments
- Be a liaison with the FO manager , Executive Office and Executive Lounge to ensure a smooth arrival and farewell experience with VIP guests
- Other duties as assigned
