Requirements

• 3-5 years of online marketing experience
  
• 3+ years of experience in developing marketing campaigns and running them from start to finish
  
• 1+ years of email marketing with ESP a plus
  
• Copywriting skills a must
  
• Image editing (Photoshop skills required)
  
• Ability to read, understand and tell the story of the analytics provided
  
• Develop KPIs and track projects against these
  
• Web Design, HTML proficient, knowledge of email coding to build and edit email a must
  
• Video Creation and edition (Sony Vegas, Final Cut,..)
  
• Java, JS, HTML5 a must
  
• Ruby on Rails a plus
  
• Bilingual English – Spanish a must
