Joining the Spanish team in Athens as a Customer Care advisor! In this position, you will interact with customers providing information in response to queries and problems via inbounds calls, emails and chatting in both Spanish and English. The contact center handles more than 20,000 telephone based customer service projects every year on a global basis. The location of this contact center is in the middle of Athens, ensuring you a great place to work!
Opening hours of the office are Monday to Sunday from 09:00 - 21:00. The position is fulltime, meaning that you will work sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon and sometimes in the evening.
