Description: As an Analyst, you will be part of the Research & Mapping (R&M) Department. R&M covers all the initial stages involved in corporate transactions – from creating documentation such as "pitching" presentations, Information Memorandums, Mappings and Blind Teasers, to closing deals, with particular emphasis on counterpart research and mandate origination.
