HR Controller Mission and Main Objectives: Labor cost "analysis"/rate calculation/Business Plan forecast. Organization follow-up and update: Organizational chart, headcount; classifications (cost category, function); costs requirements, etc….
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Planning and reporting of entity headcount
- Control and reporting of overtime, absenteeism, etc.
- Official Surveys
- SAP OM and PA support
- Labor cost calculation and report
Additional Tasks and responsibilities: Ad hoc reports related to headcount: by function; by plant; by age
and seniority.
Background & Experience:
- University Degree: ADE or similar.
- Experience dealing SAP and reports, preferably in Human Resources environment
- Figures and customer oriented
- Positive approach: 'can do' attitude and team player
- Professionalism: speed, accuracy and reliability

-Expert on Excel / Powerpoint
-Expert on META-4 software
-Expert on SAP Human Resources software
English Fluent
