- Management of Public Relations group and individual customers, manage online brand reputation through social networks like Facebook, Twitter, especially directed to the Chinese market.
- Creation and implementation of actions to promote the hotel and to attract customers in the Chinese market.
- To welcome the guests kindly and ensure that every guest has a special residence in Le Meridien Barcelona.
- Greet clients, seat them in the waiting area and direct them to the reception. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, treating them with respect and courtesy.
- Ensure the immediate needs of guests, making them feel comfortable. Take the time to listen and serve.
- Answer all the questions of the guests about the outlets of the hotel and the city of Barcelona. All guests have different needs and expectations and should be treated accordingly.
- Provomer overall hotel and its services (restaurant, LePop Bar, Spa ...).
- Be aware of arrivals every day events, VIP and group
- Communication with the Front Office Manager and Concierge.
In order to do this internship is necessary establish an agreement internship with the University.
