Oasis Hostels Spain is looking for a full-time general manager for their Toledo hostel.
Duties involve daily supervision of hostel activities (staff, maintenance, housekeeping), monitoring & improving industry standards, new business development.
Formal pre-requisites:
University Degree with Business or Hotel background
2 years of team-leadership, team-building and -selection (HR)
Sound knowledge of service industry
Superior Spanish & English in writing and speaking
Available to start asap in Toledo, Spain
European passport
Informal pre-requisites:
True interest for backpacking & travelling
A people's person with a passion for delivering the best
