Lo que vas a hacer

  • Manage the company formation process, including the establishment of branches and associations, by preparing legal documents such as Power of Attorneys, Bylaws, and Board Resolutions, and requesting company NIFs (tax identification numbers)
  • Obtainment of digital certificates
  • Coordinate and, attend when necessary, appointments with Notary Publics, Banks, Consulates, Embassies, and the Tax Agency, both domestically and internationally
  • Collect and properly store documents, both digitally and physically
  • Support attorneys in handling employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Provide support in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management

Qué es lo que pedimos

  • Mínimo FP Grado Superior requerido
  • Professional qualification (CFGS)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or above), other languages are a plus
  • Very organized and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Communication, organisational, flexibility, teamplayer
