Lo que vas a hacer

As a Dutch Customer Service Agent in Barcelona, you assist customers that find themselves in an emergency situation. For example, if they have sustained an injury or any other situation that requires them to come back to the Netherlands. You can imagine that these people have just gone through a quite traumatic experience, therefore it is important for you to have a lot of empathy and try to call them down at the start of the call. Afterward, you are in charge of getting all the possible information and details on their situation so that you are able to assist them. As you talk to them on the phone, you also check their insurance detail, to understand how to help them best. You are then also responsible for finding a solution for them, whether it is finding a hotel for them to stay at or arranging transportation. In order to do so, you will search and contact relevant local agencies in Spain to come to rescue. 

When you move to Barcelona to work as a Dutch Customer Service Agent, ANWB pays for the office expenses and even helps you financially for your rent accommodation by providing you an extra 150 euros for rent subsidies. You will also receive a 2 weeks training, which has already been paid for, at the office. 

The contract starts on the 21st of May 2024, and you will begin with the training for Dutch Customer Service Agent, held in Barcelona. You work between 30 and 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday. You can schedule your hours on a weekly basis. The contract ends on the 1st of September 2024.
