Quality Assurance Engineer, Amazon Business Ordering Experience en Madrid

The Amazon Business Ordering Experience team is responsible for the global B2B ordering experience. We enable customers to define their addresses, locations, and delivery preferences. Our team is the driving force behind the customer journey from Cart to Checkout, ensuring a seamless checkout experience that lets customers purchase their goods. While the space is impactful and exciting, it also presents significant challenges that require exceptional ownership and high standards: We manage highly-critical Tier-1 services, processing thousands of transactions per second, and downtime can lead to order drops or a significant impact on customers. Additionally, we collaborate with over 20 Amazon Business teams responsible for features within Cart and Checkout domains and we supervise and ensure that they meet our operational and quality standards without compromising our purchase experience.

As a Quality Engineer on this team, you will be leading test automation and infrastructure development, test new design and architectural choices which have a significant impact on our systems, our business and most importantly, our customers. You will be working directly with Developers, Product Managers and other QA Engineers to raise the quality bar of the team. We are working with exciting new technologies and solving complex automation problems across platforms.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Madrid, M, ESP

- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects

- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
