Our Amazon Business (AB) team is rapidly growing and we’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the Tech teams in charge of growth in EU, JP, IN, and CA. This is a great opportunity to deal with a very ambiguous space and resolve high-impact problems.

Great candidates for this position possess a sound understanding of computer science and a passion to make a profound impact for our international business customers. You will have the opportunity to apply this passion by leveraging your technical and program management skills leading medium to large projects involving distributed systems, web development, front-end/back-end design, and more. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse business and technical partners to shape our technology. You will be the voice of our international customers, driving technological innovation to create an unparalleled business procurement experience.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Madrid, M, ESP

- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience in system design

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
