Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic ITSM (IT Service Management) Process Expert to join our ITSM Team of Platforms as a Service Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is enforcing the ITIL processes adoption by supporting the ING Spain & Portugal Tribes in their journey towards the excellence in the IT Service Management implementation and continuous improvement according to ING standards.

Your key responsibilities:

As an ITSM Process Expert you will:

• Positivly contribute to define, implement, operate and govern the ITSM procedures that will drive ING Spain & Portugal related duties according to ITIL best practices in a purely Agile environment.

• Support ING Spain & Portugal organization in meeting all the ITSM related SLA, OLA and KPIs according to internal and external standards, processes and policies.

• An ITSM Process Expert with a deep understanding and hands-on in ITIL processes adoption (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Service Management) and tools (Servicenow).
• Problem solving and Customer oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish).
• Experience in reporting (Office365 & Power BI) to Senior Management.
• Used to interact with both local and international 3rd parties, vendors, providers, etc.
• Proactive and self-autonomous attitude.
• Accurate and analytical professional. Excellence seeker.
• Experience in highly regulated environments and audit response.
• Teamwork promoter used to work in remote/hybrid environments.
