We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic (Internal Control Finance Specialist) to join our (Internal Control Finance Team) Team of (Financial Accounting Team)

The responsibility of this team is to ensure the right implementation of the regulatory controls (SOx) and the Standards of practice issued by ING Group and our way of working is dynamic and teamwork.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Internal Control Finance Specialist (Temporary Contract) you will:

• Positively contribute to create a risk culture in the finance team and across the bank.

• Ensure Risk and Control framework Methodology (RIA, walkthrough, Narratives, Process Flow Chart,…) Complete process risk and control design reviews and testing to provide effective risk oversight.
• Developed adequate processes and procedures to effectively monitor and manage risk and controls.
• Establishment and /or adoption of standards in order of safeguarding the quality of controls and documentation.
• Support the identification, assessment, and response to address new and emerging risk by identifying and supporting the use of appropriate tools, resources and active participation in business initiatives.
• Evaluate and challenge root cause and mitigation plans.
• MS and policies interpretation and implementation.
• Monitoring and supporting the effective implementation of IC framework.
• English fluency.
