We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Team of Wholesale Banking.
The responsibility of this team is to provide financial advisory services to our clients, mainly in M&A situations, and our way of working is in very close cooperation with other departments of the bank, leveraging our client relationships, sector expertise and network.

The ideal candidate should have strong academic background in business administration, economics or similar, and previous financial advisory experience (with a strong preference for M&A experience).
The candidate should have sound financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities; and excellent speaking and writing skills in English is a must. In addition, we expect the candidate to have the following key personal skills: (i) hard worker with ability to drive multiple activities in parallel; (ii) attention to detail and delivery of top-quality documents; (iii) ability to work collaboratively across functions (team player); and (iv) enthusiasm and ambition to learn.
The candidate should show genuine interest in the Corporate Finance industry and have the ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues and senior management.
