Data Analyst en Madrid

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst who will be part of the Data Analyst team. You will work closely to business units to fully understand the daily challenges and be proactive in the proposal and elaboration of different analysis. We are looking for a value-oriented person, who has always in mind how we can increase the impact of analytics in client and business. 

We need you to have a strong teamwork spirit, which (among others) means that:  you want to share knowledge, you are keen to support business and other data analyst, and you are humble to learn together new ways to improve our daily job. Your key responsibilities:

Together with the business units you will have the responsibility to transform data into insights to help business to make decisions based on data. The analysis to perform will vary depending on the problem to solve. We need someone who proactively understands business problems and propose analytical solutions like:

Product analysis (UpSell, CrossSell, etc...).

Customer analysis (customer cycle, engagement, retentions, value, segmentation).

Campaign management (inbound/outbound).

Bank global vision (products, Active y Pasive, KPI´s, BSC).

Process analysis.

Etc.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.

At least 3-4 years of experience in a comparable role.

Full proficiency in Excel, SAS and SQL (knowledge of other programming languages such as R or Python will be appreciated).

You have extensive experience with transforming data to extract key insights using statistical/analytical concepts.

You can see things from a different perspective and to make original solutions work in practice.

Your communication skills enable you to work together with many different parties throughout our organization.

Willing and able to learn and to improve your technical and your interpersonal skills.

Customer centric.

Fluent English will be appreciated.
