The Amazon EU Student Programs Team is looking for ambitious Interns to join us in Madrid. As part of this program, interns and graduates will be assigned to one of our different Amazon businesses including Retail, Amazon Vendor Services, Merchant Services, Prime Video, Prime Now, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Advertising.

Relating aims include:

· Develop the analytical and problem-solving skills that our people are known for

· Implement promotional activities and improve the customer journey on Amazon through enhanced content on detail pages

· Support vendor managers/account managers as well as Amazonians in other functions, such as in-stock and marketing

· Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by Merchant Services Deliver and report on a set of business development targets

· Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools






BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• In final year of studies for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline or graduated in the last 12 months; business or technical background is considered an advantage

• Internship lenght: 6 months

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 – 2 previous internship/work experiences or background in data-driven business operations processes is considered an advantage

• Excellent skills in MS Office

• Strong experience in dealing with processes and large amount of data

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish

• Knowledge in MS Office programs as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

• Planning, prioritization and time-management skills

• Strong attention to detail
