Your role and work environment

You will work in a customer centric company where bank applications are essential. We are looking for an enthusiastic Engineer with hands on experience in cloud and site reliability engineering to take over one of the Product Owner roles in the PaaS tribe.

Your key responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing as a Site Reliability Engineer with Product Owner role:

• Ensure automation/removal of manual intervention in all process related to the IT Assets of the tribe
• Secure the operational performance of the IT Assets which are delivered and maintained by the tribe
• Ensure monitoring of infrastructure and development of predictive alert systems to prevent incidents.
• Prioritize the backlog by defining roadmaps in ‘Quarterly Business Reviews’, by aligning in ‘Marketplaces’ with senior management and other Product Owners of the tribe, and by liaising with several departments of ING ES.

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for someone who:

• Has experience in backlog Management.
• Has experience in planning and managing Life Cycle of applications in production.
• Has hands on experience with cloud computing and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Has hands on experience with Azure DevOps, Ansible and Docker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is able to work in an autonomous way and to take initiative.
• Makes things happen thanks to his/her ‘can do’ attitude.
• Has a problem solving mindset.
• Is a team player.
• Takes the initiative for improving processes, ensuring creative ideas are implemented.
• Is a leader of our Orange Code culture, displaying a positive attitude, commitment towards our goals, accountable, eager to learn and is not afraid of change.
