Your Profile:

- Your main language is Norwegian  and you are fluent in English. 

- High Education or equivalent.

- Strong experience in GDS airline systems, such as Amadeus or Sabre.

- 2 years of customer service or sales experience.

- You can work well in a contact center environment.

- Having top communication skills in another language is a plus. 

- You are passionate about travel. 

- You are used to booking your own travel arrangements online.

Your responsibilities:

- Help boost business traveler bookings. 

- Aid and consult other teams about GDS services.

- Assist teams with test bookings including the developing and editing test bookings.
