For that reason we would like to reinforce our Network team with a proficient and innovative Packet Core Engineer.

The primary responsibilities of this person will be the definition of technological solutions requiring EPC use as well as as supporting and resolving all cases related with the platform and add improvements to the monitoring and maintainability of the platform.

Requirements

• Engineering experience with voice services from commercial and open-source solutions;
• Hands on operational and delivery experience with maintenance and implementation of solutions in live and lab environments;
• Expertise in the 2G, 3G and 4G related protocols;
• Extensive knowledge with a variety of IP based technologies, topologies and protocols;
• Worked on several corporate customer integrations which required things such as private APN's, traffic tunneling and filtering;
• Previously integrated data solutions with offline and online charging systems;
• Good understanding on GSM, UMTS, LTE, LTE-M, NB-IoT and 5G related technologies, systems and protocols;
• Previous experience in automation, delivery, solution design and capacity management;
• Degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent is a big plus;
• Experience with NFV architecture is a big plus;
• Familiarity with MVNO/MVNE/MVNA architecture(s) and landscape is a big plus;
• English proficiency mandatory, other languages are a plus.
