General Responsibility

Perform daily and routine QA checks, and specifically related with the periodic onsite aseptic practices monitoring

Specific Responsibilities

- AQL acceptances for visual inspection

- AQL acceptance for packaging operations

- Sampling of bulk product and finished product

- Qualification of visual inspection (manual, semiautomatic and automatic)

- participate in investigations of plant deviations 

- Participate in Environmental monitoring excursions investigation

- verification/review of executed MBR on site

Requirements

·       Education: Degree in Pharmacy or Engineering.

·       Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.

·       Experience (years/area): 3-4 years of experience in a QA department or production plants of sterile products.

·       Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes for sterile products and processes for cleaning / sterilization equipment and production facilities, in plants conditioning manufacturing and sterile products
