Sales & Marketing Intern (Startup) en Madrid

Dalima is a new way to own a spectacular second home at a fraction of the price and none of the hassle. We turn buying, owning and selling shares of a second home into an easy and fair experience. We select unique properties in the Mediterranean with the right set of attributes, aggregate a maximum of 8 co-owners, and manage the property and any services needed by the co-owners during their stay.

Lo que vas a hacer

Our principles are our backbone: charge fair and transparent commissions, be honest in each interaction with our members and be obsessed about delivering an impeccable home operation with our own in-house team. Because that's the only way to guarantee a perfect co-owning experience to our members.

We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who can become a driving force inside our team.

You will find yourself working alongside the founding team, supporting the development of our marketing and sales departments, handling direct clients looking to buy a share of one of our spectacular homes, and developing lasting relationships with our real estate partners. 
We’re looking for an ambitious, proactive, creative, organized and goal oriented professional who is able to think outside the box in order to find outstanding solutions to our daily challenges. Someone who knows how to have fun and has a hands-on mentality, while delivering world-class work consistently. What you'll do

● Take ownership of your leads and sales funnel, ensuring all procedures are being followed accordingly.
● Assist Dalima's clients and partners in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
● Provide support to the founding team by managing the day to day clients' inquiries and partners' requests.
● Keep track and provide support to all partners and clients before, during and after each home visit.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

● Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish. French is a plus
● Experience in the real estate and/or hospitality industry is appreciated
● Great problem solving and analytical skills
● The ability to achieve your targets in a fast-paced environment
