What are your duties?

  • Ensuring SCRUM process is being followed
  • Facilitating Scrum events
  • Engaging with Stakeholders and managing internal/external relationships
  • Removing obstacles from the way of the project team 
  • Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
  • Ensuring the quality of work
  • Assisting in backlog shaping process

What should the ideal Candidate have?
 
  • min. 2 year of experience as a Scrum Master
  • very good knowledge of product management tools (JIRA, ClickUp or similar)
  • very good knowledge of the SCRUM methodology
  • Natural ability to plan and organize work in an IT team
  • Experience in direct cooperation with a business client
  • highly developed interpersonal skills: communication, cooperation, negotiation
  • ‘Will-do’ and problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in English
  • Focus on the final result and attention to detail

What is nice to have?
 
  • Practical knowledge of the software development process (including Continuous Integration, automated tests, unit tests)
  • Certifications in PSM I or PSM II from Scrum.org (or similar)

What is our usual recruitment process?

  • You send your application
  • After initial amazement caused by your stunning set of qualities, we proceed to reach out for a short adjustment call (15 min) and sending yous short recruitment task
  • Next station –  technical interview. You'll get to know more about us and how great you'll fit in (60-90 min)
  • Last but definitely not least – you'll meet up with a Hiring Manager to talk about you career path – the experience you both have and want to collect. We'll get to verify whether our company is the perfect fit for your development (30-60 min)
