What is this job about?

In this position as CRM Manager, your goal is to develop the CRM and customer success strategy.

On a daily basis, you will work with the CRM team executing several global projects to deliver the best customer experience.

Your challenges

  • Define the CRM strategy and use it to optimize customer retention, loyalty and return rate.
  • Understand the customer's lifetime values and use them to create strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Create and lead the execution of personalized direct communication programs to scale through the email and other channels (onsite, push, in-app, SMS)
  • Map the Customer Journey, analyze the contact points and maximize business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the teams in the French, Spanish and the UK market, but also at a global level for the new launch.

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual level in English
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in CRM for B2C targets
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a web environment and creating HTML code templates
  • Great knowledge and previous experience working with an email service provider - ESP (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
  • You have an analytical and data-driven mindset and know-how to understand consumer's behaviour to deliver consistent marketing insights
  • Excellent content creation skills for email marketing campaigns
  • You have practised and have great knowledge of:
    • Google Analytics and Google console
    • A/B testing
    • Dynamic templates using AmpScript
  • Proficient copywriting skills
  • Proficient with SQL in creating segmentations
  • You have previously worked in the Uk, French or Spanish markets
