In this role as Customer Success Manager for German-speaking clients, your goal is to onboard, support and develop long-lasting relationships with clients.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for identifying the needs of your clients, and suggesting improvement and growth opportunities. You will follow-up regularly with customers, and ensure that they are supported and listened to.
Your challenges
- Research and qualify leads
- Conduct outbound calls
- Identify client’s needs and interests
- Build genuine relationships with decision makers
- Organise meetings and presentations
- Onboard clients and solve any problems or queries they may have
- Lead web demonstrations to prospects and onboarded clients
- Upsell services to current clients
- Ensure that you meet and exceed your sales KPIs

What do you need to apply?
- Language skills: advanced level (C1+) in German, English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience working in Sales, Account Management or Customer Service
- Deep interest in social media tools and internet trends
