What is this job about?

In this role as Customer Success Manager for German-speaking clients, your goal is to onboard, support and develop long-lasting relationships with clients.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for identifying the needs of your clients, and suggesting improvement and growth opportunities. You will follow-up regularly with customers, and ensure that they are supported and listened to.

Your challenges

  • Research and qualify leads
  • Conduct outbound calls
  • Identify client’s needs and interests
  • Build genuine relationships with decision makers
  • Organise meetings and presentations
  • Onboard clients and solve any problems or queries they may have
  • Lead web demonstrations to prospects and onboarded clients
  • Upsell services to current clients
  • Ensure that you meet and exceed your sales KPIs

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: advanced level (C1+) in German, English and Spanish
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Sales, Account Management or Customer Service
  • Deep interest in social media tools and internet trends

, Germany. The position will begin as 100% remote, however in the future this will change to a hybrid policy.
