Your role and work environment:

You will be a Business Analyst in the Collections Expert Unit, which is located in the Easy Financing Tribe, in the Retail Business.

Our purpose is to help our customers in financial difficulties while protecting bank interest.

This role reflects a hybrid need of a Data Analyst profile and a Customer Journey Expert/Business expert profile.

Your key responsibilities:

You will be responsible to support the Collections Expert Unit with…

an accurate monitoring of our daily activity and main KPIs, generating and developing (when needed) regular dashboards, reports, and executing data processes.

becoming an expert of understanding and managing the potential of our current Collections tools (decision engine configuration, parametrization, etc).

performing analysis ad hoc to understand the business trends identifying the reasons behind them, key drivers for main KPIs, etc.

connecting these tasks two first needs and propose adjustments, new actions, communications, to improve the collections strategy, so we achieve a better customer satisfaction and minimize the bank credit risk costs.

Leading and coordinating the implementation of strategical or operational initiatives within the Expert Unit.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated, team working, customer centric and proactive professional to be part of the collections expert unit within a leading digital bank.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who combines technical knowledge to carry out data management activities and business knowledge to identify business insights and apply them through strategic initiatives to the collection’s services.

For us, a Collections Business Analyst is someone who:

      Knows about:

How to exploit data to optimize business objetives.

Is able to lead and coordinate initiatives to improve the collections services.

Is a master/ace of:

Economics, Business, Statistics, Math or Engineering (Bachelor Degree or equivalent in).

Proficient knowledge of Excel and SQL. Other programming languages such as SAS/Python/R would be welcome.

High Level of English.

Has worked in:

Previous experience (1-5 YRS) in retail credit risk, collections management, banking or consultancy.
