Lo que vas a hacer
We are currently looking for an Operations Intern to support us with a wide variety of real-estate functions in Spain:
Your responsibilities
- Full responsibility of the set-up and launch of new properties;
- Schedule, oversee, and assist contractors ensuring the safety, quality, and cleanliness of work performed;
- Run day-to-day operations of our properties;
- Streamline local operations and set-up new processes;
- Contact person for owners, asset managers and tenants as well as assuming responsibility for comprehensive property management;
- Preparing handover and return of residential units;
- Regularly reviewing existing maintenance and service contracts;
- Checking utility bills;
- Commissioning and monitoring the modernization / repair works;
- Identification and implementation of optimization potential in the managed portfolio as well as control and commissioning of property-related services.
Your qualifications
- Passion and relevant experience in real estate management is a plus;
- Fluent level of English and Spanish, any other language is a plus;
- Flexibility and attention to details;
- Ability to work under strict deadlines;
- Ideally possession of a driving license;
- Hands-on approach to multitude of tasks.
