We have an Investment Fund of €1M and the startup programs. Every year around 50 startups join the Bcombinator ecosystem. Your main role will be to manage all the pipeline of leads, make the first analysis and prepare the weekly executive boards. You will be directly working with the COO analyzing which companies will join Bcombinator and which won’t.

Business principles: We will teach you the basic principles and values to do business with a win-win approach that will allow you to succeed in business and life.
Sales: You will learn the main important rules in the sales field. You will learn from real successful sales experts.
Strategy and Organization and process flow and tools: You will take part and learn the OKR Management Process and will participate in the Goals of the Week. You will experience the Daily Standup meetings also. You will use digital tools like Trello, Slack, drive, Miro, notion, casual and, of course, excel but mostly you will have the chance to auto-learn and create by yourself.
Startup: You will learn how startups work. You will experience the Fundraising stages of the Startups and meet different teams. You will learn by watching SaaS, Market Places, E-commerce, with technologies such as AI, ML, Blockchain, etc
Finance: Your role will be mostly in this area so, if you love to analyze Business Models, Business Plans, and get excited estimating CLTV, CAC, ARPA, MRR, Churn Rate, Growth, cohorts, etc… this is your place!
