Your role and work environment:

As part of the Human Connection/Channels Tribe, you will define the sales strategy for Branches generating value traffic, actively look for new opportunities, and proactively detect the needs of customers and prospects in an omnichannel way, ensuring a differentiating experience.

 

:

SALES

  • Develop and execute a Sales Strategy, including owning and driving key initiatives and projects, to retain and attract new customers to enlarge market share in Branches (working closely with EL Remote Sales & Efficiency to ensure omnichannel way of working, with the F2F CoE Lead, Branch Leads Retail Advice, and Product Area Leads)
  • Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market efficiencies by exploring collaborations with Wholesale banking, partners, etc
  • Collaborate in the Business plan and annual Budget
  • Lead and develop a solid sales team, provide guidance, and monitor to maximize results
  • Build a hybrid model seeking synergies between channels (Digital, HC Remote)
  • Offer proposals according to customer segments and profiles
  • Provide insights through concise, clear presentation & commercial dashboard and prioritize (sales & support related) issues as appropriate, being a trusted advisor to HC leadership
  • Define and implement actions that help motivate teams to increase sales across all branches
  • Understand and stay current with the competitive landscape, and evolving retail market trends
  • Maintain close relationships with product tribes and CoE’s to remain up to date on (product) developments & identify specific commercial actions for Branches (campaigns, promotions etc)

 

SUPPORT

Your (teams’) key responsibilities are to provide and channel all support requests for various activities related to Branches to create a successful support model, resulting in efficiency and an effective way of working between Branches and different areas of the bank.

 

Regulatory control of Office procedures:

  • Monitoring: control of ATM credits and quality Training Coordination (MIFID, LCI and Insurance certification)
  • BCP update
  • Key Control Testing related to Branches (not Assets)
  • Development of RIA / BIA's related to Branches (not Assets)

The image & maintenance of Branches:

  • Branding the image of Branches promoted by Marketing
  • Gimage Management (television screens in Branches)
  • Support in the substitution of materials and in the maintenance through periodic follow-up meetings with Facilities and CBRE.

 

 

A leader of our Orange Code culture possessing:

  • Extensive proven track record implementing effective Sales Strategies in Retail (banking) organizations with competency in building high-quality spreadsheets, models, and presentations
  • Demonstrated experience in an analytical role within a Retail business
  • Excellent analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, a keen business sense, and ability to take data driven decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a Hybrid (remote/office) organization
  • Team player able to connect, communicate with, and listen to all levels of the organization
  • Passion for innovation, staying on top of (retail) market trends
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to delegate & demonstrate accountability
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Fully fluent in English
