Your role and work environment:

In the Human Connection tribe, we aim to offer our customers a 100% omnichannel, frictionless and personalized assisted service experience while we have a lot of fun!

For that purpose, we need to understand and deepen through data analysis what drives our customers to visit one of our 29 offices or to contact us via phone or chat or sign up for one of our products in order to deliver the best-in-class customer experience in our human channels to keep the virtuous circle moving fast from the best customer experience to a boost in recommendation and sales.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Data analyst who can help us to support Human Connection channels from both an analytical and strategic approach by understanding and communicating effectively with data.

For us, a Data analyst is someone who:

Knows about:

SQL, Excel and Windows environment.

Is a master of:

Adding value to data, obtain relevant insights, go a step further to contribute to strategic decision making and challenge established ones.

Knows about:

Designing, defining, and developing dashboards and commercial and operational Kpi’s

Loves to:

Work as a team, taking advantage of his strong communication skills.

Defines himself as:

Flexible, dynamic, capable of working in multidisciplinary environments in coordination with the rest of the areas.
