Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a Digital Analyst who main objective is to define and evolve the digital analysis strategy to monitor and understand commercial activity and generate insights that help in all the decision making
You will be part of the Brand Experience CoE, from where the ING marketing strategy is developed and executed. Within the CoE, you will work in the Marketing Efficiency team – working closely with the rest of areas such Media, Brand and Business
Your key responsibilities:
Lead digital analytics strategy on commercial website providing insights, reports & dashboards to the different stakeholders that facilitate decision-making and help understand the performance of different commercial activities in the digital ecosystem
Define the strategy for the right implementation of digital analytics tools together with the Technical Analyst. Ensuring a continuous improvement of the tool to squeeze all the capabilities
Ensure together with the technical analyst in the correct use and maintenance of the analytical tool
Definition & Follow Up of KPIs aiming to have a clear view of marketing area performance
Generate insights and recommendation for campaign performance with important focus on funnel conversion activity working with CRO and Personalization’s experts
Internal evangelization of the discipline from tool usage to real case applications
Help in the coordination of digital partner to achieve maximum efficiency
What are we looking for?
Previous experience (3-5 YRS) in digital analytics with analytical mindset, transforming data into actionable information. Able to seek results from new perspectives
Broad experience in digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics with technical knowledge of how the tool works
Knowledge about Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.)
Advanced usage of MS Office tools, especially Excel, for day-to-day work, dashboards, and reporting
Knowledge of Digital Marketing ecosystem – disciplines & tools – e.g. Personalization, CRO, DMP, CDP
Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy or Datorama.
Proactivity, organization, innovation and goal-oriented. Passionate about new environment (new technologies, industry changes...)
Good Team player
Excellent oral and written English skills. Ability to work on an international level.
