AI/ML - Quality Engineering Project Manager, Siri Language Technologies en Madrid, Madrid, Spain
The Siri Machine Learning System Evaluation Engineering (ML SEE) team in Madrid is seeking a Quality Engineer Project Manager (QE PM) with strong software fundamentals, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment. The QE PM will be responsible for the quality and stability of our client and server software, across platforms and locales, with focus on international impact of our features, and monitoring the quality metrics of our releases. We're looking for an organized, critical thinkers who would like to play a key role in testing and coordinating the Quality Engineering effort across multiple teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential in this position.

Key Qualifications
- Strong software development, project management and software life cycle fundamentals
- Experience designing and developing test plans and strategies for complex systems
- Experience with bug tracking systems, regression testing and full product life cycle
- Excellent knowledge of software test methodologies and passion for improving quality processes
- Ability to balance between multiple releases and deliverables while ensuring the deadlines are met
- Strong organisational skills and problem solving skills on large cross functional team
- Experience in leading small teams and reporting overseas are highly preferred
- Proven field experience in Quality Assurance, designing, developing and executing test plans
- Thorough knowledge of iOS and macOS platforms
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, etc
- Experience in areas of Natural Language and Artificial Intelligence

This position requires a motivated, technically qualified Quality Engineers Project Manager with the ability to coordinate work between multiple teams and time geographical locations. You should have a strong understanding of quality and software lifecycle, problem solving, and communication skill. You will help drive the innovation in Siri Quality Engineering and work closely with engineering teams to define Quality strategies and how to effectively execute on them. International traveling will be required.
