The Public Sector Global Lead Development Team has grown and is looking for a Team Lead for EMEA (except UKIR)! Based in Madrid, the Lead Development Representative (LDR) Team Lead will be an important member of the LDR Team, as we will rely heavily on his or her experience and knowledge to help the manager develop the Team and to observe and train for efficiencies/best practices with regard to qualifying leads, profiling customers and providing input on which lead development campaigns generate the best leads, etc.

The responsibilities of the Team Lead are a critical component to the success of the assigned LDR Team. These responsibilities can change from time to time, as needs dictate, but those below are a typical representation of what is required.

Key job responsibilities
Coverage
• Team Lead needed to cover for Madrid, Team leads will also provide back up in the event that other Team Lead/Manager is out of the office.
• Given that EDU, Local Government, HealthCare, NPO, as well as other potential vertical markets may have LDRs in several offices, it is imperative that the Team Leads maintain close alignment with one another with respect to vertical specific programs, successes, challenges.

Administer training and coaching sessions:
• Use the call monitoring function of RingDNA as a coaching tool as new LDRs are on boarded or as needed for existing LDRs.
• Meet with team manager and mentors weekly to discuss new LDR progress/issues
• Effectively communicate and train LDRs on new/updated processes

Hands on assistance with onboarding LDRs:
• Work with Manager to assign a mentor to new LDR(s)
• Offers guidance on how to structure Month 1/2/3
• Offers biweekly touch point on progress, ramping
• Helps with Checkride preparation
• Does or assigns shadowing alignment

Drive achievement of assigned team opportunity value goals:
• Deliver weekly updates to management surrounding MBO Attainment
• Gathers team issues, challenges and opportunities and shares them with management (in the form or the weekly reports)

Deliver feedback for the 90 day and yearly reviews for assigned LDRs

Participate in phone screens and internal loops during recruitment process of new LDRs

A day in the life
Oversee daily activities of the LDRs assigned to them. Activities include:
• Activity:
o Call shadowing and reverse shadowing
o Monitor daily/weekly team activity
o Monitor dashboard(s)
• Meetings and opportunity assignment: LDRs process:
o Ensure LDRs schedule 1:1s with their AMs
o Ensure LDRs schedule handover meetings (v/s just letting AM call customer)
o Ensure LDRs create opportunities promptly (v/s waiting for AM approval or after meeting happened)
o Ensure proper SFDC hygiene for opportunities
• Ensuring proper campaign procedure is followed :
o Timely campaign planning
o Proper campaign process and lead time followed
o Proper SFDC hygiene for campaign management
• Enforcing Team SFDC hygiene and reporting related responsibilities
o Check on SFDC hygiene
 Lead status
 Standardized reporting and lead views
• Ensures team individuals are aware of resources available, tools and delivers training on tools to be leveraged

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· College/University Degree or equivalent experience
· Associate Solution Architect Certification (ASA)
· Prior experience in the LDR role
· Technical interest with 1 year or more of experience in IT prospecting or sales
· 1 year or more of experience using a CRM/Customer Relationship Management Tool
· 1 year or more of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
· Fluent: English and desired: Other European language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Self-Starter with highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills, decisive and results oriented who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
