Job summary
In this Sourcing Recruiter role, you will be a key member in building an EMEA-wide sourcing function from scratch to support Emerging Markets, Special Projects, & G&A.

In this role, you will:
· As a member of this new sourcing team you will build and execute sourcing strategies to find, engage and attract talent for new emerging markets, confidential projects, and G&A (non-technical roles).
· Collaborate with a team of passionate sourcing recruiters; working together to establish team best practices and an innovative and efficient sourcing culture.
· Collaborate directly with hiring leaders, recruiters, and other internal stakeholders in order to deliver.
· Manage and prioritize multiple searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
· Conduct market research and candidate generation in a high quality & high volume environment.
· Use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies.
· Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through on-going relationship management.
· Conduct exploratory interviews of potential candidates.
· Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

The role can be based in Madrid, London, Luxemburg, Milan, or Munich

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Relevant recruiting experience; including passive candidate generation of mid-senior experience level-hires and ideally additional experience in sales
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience working across multiple EMEA markets
· Ability to develop sourcing expertise in multiple verticals that could include Legal, Finance, HR, or Confidential Projects, or business functions in Emerging Markets
· Strong sense of curiosity allowing you to flex your expertise and adapt to the needs of the business and sourcing team
· Energized by working on ambiguous and ambitious talent acquisition projects
· Ability to prioritize while thinking long term - including strategic use of CRM systems in order to stay in touch with talent
· Ability to understand and articulate business needs while executing talent acquisition strategies
· Ability to manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders & talent
· Ability to build trusting relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
· Experience for finding, engaging, assessing and tracking top talent.
