Requirements

Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Eligible to work in EU or Spanish residency statusPrevious experience in same or similar role will be considered as an advantageComputer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packageExcellent writing and verbal communication skillsResourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situationsAbility to emphasize and understand the customers' needsBasic sales skills - upselling and cross-sellingAbility to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolutionAbility to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
