Helpdesk agent with Native level of German and French en Madrid

Description

 As an IT helpdesk: - You will help customers, users and colleagues with IT related issues (this involves both hardware (server, clients, networks) and software (CRM,SAP and others).- You will actively support your team with the existing projects and contribute to shape new ones.- You will manage calls and e-mail conversations with clients.- You will ensure a constant and effective communication with the central department.- You will proactively collaborate in projects identyfing areas of improvement and suggesting adjustments.

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if:so- Junior profile- You have previous experience as IT coordinator, project management or similar roles.- You speak German at a native level and English advanced (French is a plus)- You have expertise on software, hardware and networks.- You are willing to help and solve problems.- You have great communication skills.- You enjoy working in team.- You are living in Madrid or Barcelona
