Our client is a company who offers a new concept of groceries basket, baskets with amazing recipes and all the necessary ingredients to prepare it oneself.
Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction by providing resolutive answers to customer queries.
Main responsibilities:
- Solve customer queries through phone calls, chat and email.
- Provide excellent customer service according to the company standards.
- Provide advice and guidance to the customer and coordinate the actions to solve the queries successfully
