As a Spanish Customer Support employee, your responsibilities will be to:
- Provide B2B service to small/medium sized businesses for the Spanish market
- Greet customers warmly
- Assist customers with questions/potential complaints via phone, email, chat.
- Inform customers about other business opportunities
- Provide knowledge about all products
