Your Responsibilities:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the project engineers with the skills machining, assembly, hydraulics, painting, welding, crane and conveyor technology, layout planning
- Independent management of investment, optimization and special projects for mechanical production (turning, milling, deep hole drilling, grinding, etc.)
- Responsibility for QKL compliance in one's own projects, communication with interfaces and suppliers as well as professional management of the respective project teams
- Analysis, design and optimization of processes and procedures in the production environment in close coordination with the departments
- Planning and implementation of lean value streams and material flows
- Technology scouting and development
- Strategic development of the area and promotion of the motivated team
Your Profile:
- Completed university degree in mechanical engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the field of mechanical / machining production
- Very good production and manufacturing knowledge
- High methodological competence in project management and lean management
- Experience in the field of automation technology
- First management experience is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- Excellent comprehension of interdisciplinary contexts
- Reliable, structured and independent way of working
- Convincing appearance as a communicator, motivator and implementer
- High quality and responsibility awareness
