Junior IT-Specialist (m/f/d) ERP Customer Service

Your Responsibilities:
- Support of the specialist departments of the Liebherr Group in ERP-related issues in the area of customer service processes
- Project collaboration in ERP system implementations (new introductions and migrations) or software and process development projects
- Advising Liebherr production and trading companies in the areas of service management, warranty and goodwill processing and on the system-side cooperation between back office and service technicians
- Recognition of optimization potential in processes and development of improvements in business processes with the Liebherr companies
- 2nd level support in questions of customer service in cooperation with the key users from the factories of the group of companies
- Responsibility for problem analyzes and tests, especially for process and software adjustments
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or comparable completed vocational training with very good IT skills
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages and handling relational databases, especially SQL, is required
- Knowledge of the BaaN / Infor environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Excellent comprehension of interdisciplinary contexts and analytical thinking skills
- Good understanding of business processes with a focus on customer service
- Willingness to work independently and flexibly in terms of time as well as the ability to work in a team
- Worldwide willingness to travel
