Your Profile

 

- Proficient in German and Fluent in English

- 6 months of Customer Care & Sales experience

- Great communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of internet, troubleshooting and web hosting technologies 

- Team player

- Willing to learn everything about sales and customer service 

- Flexible and comfortable about working in a changing environment

- Effective time management

 

Your Responsibilities

 

- Help new and existing businesses grow

- Advise existing customers by providing strategic guidance on how to develop a successful journey into specific products, platforms and services

- Reach sales target

- Prioritize and deliver an outstanding customer experience

- Upsell additional products and platform features

- Master knowledge of the company’s core products
