German Quality Analyst in Spain
Your profile:
- Mother tongue German
- Working proficiency of English
- Strong sense of processes and performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail

- Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Previous experience in Customer Support Operations and Quality Assurance

Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper functioning of the quality control system
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met
- Perform recordings and ratings of calls
- Ensure proper application and compliance of policies and procedures
- Work closely with agents and supervisors
- Ensure the needs of the customer and client are met
- Provide feedback and deliver coaching following internal standards
- Prepares quality reports and performance trends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to inform all stakeholders
- Detect areas for improvement and main opportunities
- Develop and implement action plans for quality improvement
