Projektleiter (m/f/d) HR IT Applications - Payroll

Your Responsibilities:
- Control of an analysis project to evaluate the current and possibly future payroll solution with the involvement of all necessary stakeholders
- Implementation of a requirements analysis and thus preparation of all necessary requirements as well as clarification of the resulting effects on the organization of payroll accounting
- Carrying out a market analysis taking into account the existing solution and checking other systems with regard to their suitability to the defined requirements
- Preparation of the analysis project including examination of possible organizational concepts for the implementation of a subsequent implementation project
- Supporting supervision of further applications in the area of HR administration (e.g. Time &
- Attendance, Employee Lifecycle Management) as well as the coordination of the introduction of further systems
- Advising stakeholders on the digitization of processes and implementation of change management
- Moderation of workshops with international stakeholders (also in the virtual space)
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or human resources or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the use of common payroll systems
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Experience in project and process management
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Service-oriented thinking and acting as well as enjoying dealing with people
- Initiative and ability to work in a team
