Your role and work environment
You’ll be integrated into the heart of our Customer Obsession & Innovation Center of Expertise, working cross units with the research team, the solution design team and the visual design team.
You’ll be part of a constantly evolving team of designers thriving for defining seamless experiences across multiple platforms and devices.
You’ll be engaged into being creative, push your own and your team’s boundaries and evolve our discipline.
Your key responsibilities
You’ll be one of our Interaction Designer, shaping the experience we deliver each and everyday to our clients, by giving support to our business tribes into defining products that solve problems both for business and users.
Be responsible for the definition of user-centred digital solutions that understand and answer business requirements and goals.
Design and iterate user flows, information architecture, low fidelity wireframes, high fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design documentation ready for business and development partners.
Advocate within the organization for mirroring user’s voice throughout the whole product definition processes and business tribes and maintain a relevant and constant stream of communication with all of our user’s needs.
What are we looking for?
As a User Experience Designer for our tribes you should have the following knowledge and experience:
Essential:
Passion for design in general, and highly curious about the evolution of interaction design and its practice.
5 years of experience defining interactive digital solutions
Strong knowledge and experience in driving user-centered insights gatherings about the usability of a product.
Capacity for pragmatism when elaborating quick mockups and interactive prototypes.
Fluent in Spanish and english
Desirable
Previously collaborated with ING
Confortable using design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Figma, Invision, and collaborative tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Office
