  • Proven leadership experience with delivering large scale cross-functional projects or products
  • Recommended but not required: proven experience as a project manager or team lead for large scale automated testing
Description
The Siri Machine Learning System Evaluation Engineering (ML SEE) team is searching for an experienced site lead to drive the momentum with a sizable group of contractors for better services and operations in Madrid. This team provides automated SW testing and ML evaluation for Siri products, with particular focus on all Siri supported languages. Your team is responsible for qualifying Siri releases and improving Siri quality utilizing a number of tools and methodologies. You will drive an efficient utilization of tools and processes, achieving the right balance of evaluation coverage and time invested across all Siri supported languages. As Siri constantly evolves, you will be required to balance testing and evaluation coverage of both existing and of new features; this includes delivering diagnostics and product improvement insights to product teams. To succeed, you will need to build strong cross-functional partnerships both internally with Apple teams, and externally with the contractors management team. You will develop new and creative methodologies to evaluate and improve Siri international user experience, for your team to execute and deliver feedback to engineering partners.
