Job Description

Develops and implements sales strategy for the Cataluña region to achieve sales andprofitability goals.
  • Set sales goals and objectives.
  • Develops specific action plans for new product introduction in the region.
  • Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Key customers management - find needs and opportunities.
  • Coordination with marketing to create the account / product marketing plans.
  • Coordination of proposals and tender responses.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Oversee, track and analyze reports of sales.

Team management
  • Ensure well-functioning of sales team
  • Actively facilitate sharing of information across the organization in a way that results in good coordination of actions and decisions
  • Collaboration with sales representatives in developing their sales and marketing competencies.
  • Create an environment in which every member of the team has an opportunity to succeed & develop.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Promote an environment that supports ethical leadership.
  • Ensure utilization of the CRM tools to increase sales productivity
  • Distributors and sales agents management (inventory , contracts , FCPA compliance)

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Team management (at least 2 years)
  • Experience in sales (at least 4 years), very valuable experience in the sector.
  • University Degree
  • Fluent English (B2-C1)
