  • Reporting to eBusiness Development Manager of the EMEA & SA eCommerce Management Unit, the B2B Specialist will take full ownership for the B2B project.
  • Coordinate the execution in partnership with other functions and ensure measured results
  • Provide strategic direction for development of the B2B business
  • Identify additional growth opportunities, define appropriate route
  • Deliver againts commercial KPI´s (e.g. GM%, market share, distribution, etc)
  • Manage cross-functional projects that further drive e-commerce excellence
  • Monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative & qualitative KPIs
  • Act as consultant for B2B platforms and provide support/ guidance for other functions
  • Maintain close connection with EMEA & SA eCommerce central and local teams to share best practice
  • 3+ years of relevant B2B eCommerce experience in CPG, and/or business management/consulting with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Experience in eCommerce & Marketplace sales in a B2B environment preferred
  • Advanced experience with Excel, or other analytical/Business Intelligence tools
  • Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating
  • A willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done
  • Proven entrepreneurial thinking & behavior
  • Strong commercial sense to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong analytical, project management, & organizational skills
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to expand skills and take on additional responsibility in the near future
