The Opportunity


As a Program Manager you will be leading programs, building, and managing relationships with stakeholders at CxO level. You will be responsible to identify, plan and coordinate a set of related projects within a program of business change, to maintain a strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, by conceiving, maintaining, and communicating a vision of the outcome of the program and associated benefits.

Аbility to travel within Spain and to visit customers will be needed for this position.




  • University education (e.g. Bachelor or Master) or a relevant professional qualification. PMI or Prince2 certification would be an advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading large sized IT international programs and projects
  • Demonstrates ability to think quickly and re-direct large programs to achieve the desired business goals.
  • Proven record of realistic estimation and demonstration of the financial/cost awareness along with the customer facing and behavioral skills to take ownership for several large projects
  • Efficiency, even in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively sophisticated information to different audiences and to lead workshops and presentations
  • Proficient in English and Spanish to manage a contract (negotiation, day to day project)


Day-to-day Responsibilities


  • Leading large (>20 staff) geographically dispersed, multi-cultural, multi-disciplined project teams and subcontractors.
  • Planning and controlling very complex portfolios of projects, defining risk strategies.
  • Defining the project requirements/scope with senior partners. Leading requirement definitions and acceptance measures to remove ambiguity.
  • Coordinating large size IT international programs, within scope of expertise.
  • Promoting cross-functional team working, while actively seeking opportunities to strengthen teamwork between groups.
  • Producing budgets and identifying controls to maintain a profitable environment.
  • Influencing and managing senior partners to constructively change standard approaches based on experience, knowledge and/or sophisticated thinking
  • Ability to demonstrate financial and commercial acumen
