We are currently looking to build and further strengthen our TMT CRM BSS Competence Centre practice by adding a top technology sales executive as a:

Telecom CRM BSS Solution Sales

This role is entrusted to execute a strategy for profitable growth of revenues and generate innovative solutions. The focus is on securing new business with existing accounts and doing prospective work on new logos clients. The right professional demonstrates internal industry expertise and ability to find new potential opportunities, build & maintain the client relationship.

If you have extensive experience in Telecom and at a CRM BSS vendor (preferable Salesforce (Vlocity) or Pega for CSP (alternative Amdocs, NetCracker, Oracle for Comms) this is how your responsibilities might look like:

  Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Client Executive Partners to build contacts and client relationship on global level with Telco’s across the world.
  • Foster relationships with Telco Headquarters + National Telco’s (Orange, Deutsche Telekom, Telefonica etc.)
  • Acquires new b2c/b2b customer, cross-sell revenue generating units like Post-Paid, Broadband Internet Access, TV/Video to existing customers to increase the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and reduce churn.
  • Practices consultative selling by knowing insight-out both the Telco industry and Atos portfolio
  • Approaches new clients and builds relationships from scratch derby securing business growth
  • Lead sales and orchestrates the bid team for Telecom CRM BSS opportunities.
  Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of Telecom Business process like Telecom Strategy, Product Management, Marketing & Sales, Customer Service, Ordering/Fulfilment, Assurance and Billing

  • Proficiency in modern CRM platforms like Salesforce Communication cloud (Vlocity) and/or Pega for Communication Service Providers and BSS platforms from vendors like Amdocs, NetCracker, Comarch, Ericsson

  • Experience as head of product management at a Mobile-, Fixed- or Converged Operator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proficient business English
