Want to apply your analytics skills to build insights and shape business strategies for Amazon in new geographies? The Customer Experience Strategy organization is seeking a highly-motivated, creative, and curious individual to join our team in Barcelona (Munich or London).

The Customer Experience Strategy organization is dedicated to improving Amazon’s business, internal processes and technology. Our team’s mission is to constantly challenge the status quo and innovate the end-to-end customer experience. As a Senior Product and Customer Insights Manager, you will lead hands-on data collection and analysis for studies across multiple geographies around the world. The insights you generate will have a direct impact on how business partners shape customer experience improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
· Exploratory Research: Identify, explore, and measure customer experience trends in regions across the globe.
· Product Management: Lead large and complex studies, including scope alignment with international business leaders, designing methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting recommendations to senior management worldwide.
· Innovate: Develop new methodologies and approaches for measuring the customer experience. Continuously innovate and improve process to optimize efficiencies.
· Problem Solving: Proactively tackle ambiguous challenges and immediately identify the next steps. Able to develop solutions using resourceful creativity and strong business judgment.
· Teamwork: Work cross functionally with peers globally to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities.
· Stakeholder Management: Build strong relations with business partners to understand their challenges and priorities, help define our research road map, and drive actions through insight delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

For this position, we expect..
· Several years of experience in areas such as management consulting or customer research in an international e-commerce, technology or retail environment
· University degree
· C2 certificate or equivalent in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Further Qualifications would be a plus..
· Experience conducting customer and/or market research in any of the following regions: Middle East, South East Asia, Africa, or Latin America
· Fluency in an additional language(s) spoken in one of the regions above is a plus. Note: German/Spanish language skills are not required.
· Experience with international expansion strategy
· Strong communicator with experience in facilitation across multiple levels and functions
· Proficiency in Excel including use of lookups and pivot tables.
