Job Description

VIE MISSION: Industrial Logistic Hub Implementation and SLA

Under the responsibility of the Head of Finance in Airbus Helicopters España, S.A, company located in Albacete (Spain) with 600 Employees and Turnover of 438 Million Euros in 2020. This offer is a great opportunity to contribute to the activities for an important footprint of Airbus in the world through the participation in the implementation of the international Logistic HUB project.

This project will rationalize logistic incoming warehouse and distribution flow to feed Final Assembly lines at Donaworth and Marignane from a single place located in Spain and centralize warehousing operations allowing to create an optimized transportation network.

The candidate will participate in other financial projects in progress in the company which allows to have an overview of the main process in an industrial company and work in an international environmental.

ROLES & RESPONSABILITIES

                                                                     

  • Financial support for HUB implementation in AHE, covering the following functions (80%):

  • Support to completion and data collection subsidies related to HUB
  • Support in the  HUB SLA elaboration between AHE, AH and AHD
  • Procedures and documentation of flows related to HUB activities
  • Harmonization of logistics processes and through HUB Project
  • Establishment of internal control procedures that ensure correct operation and supervision by AHE
  • Customs and export control support ,documentation preparation to request Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) for AHE,
  • HUB Financial Reporting (Costs, P&L, Balance)

  • Support to other financial projects (20%)

  • Workload/ Capacity and Productivity: Support realignment of workload capacity process including indirect functions
  • Support to Stock Control Project, rotations, changes in part numbers
  • Analysis of accounts involved in purchasing, consumption, stock variation and subcontracting and data balancing between analytics and controlling information
  • Click&Buy (tool to manage process from purchase order until invoice reception). Participation in Implementation UATs
  • Product Cost Project wave 2 Support, graphs and data used in Performance Review for analysis of product cost program by program.
